This hotel was hosting the conca champion cup.The staff was friendly and they did everything in their power to make us feel at home. Patricio de Manager was always working with all the guess needs no matter what time of the day it was.

Comfortable, nice linens, clean room. Quiet, well-maintained, polite staff, close to amenities, excellent room service. I was spending days at hospital so this was a nice oasis.

Not clean in the shower, leaks on floor and other drips all over things not clean, garbage next to ice smelled bad. Homeless camps out side all over, the mall is a danger, the town is a danger, the fish smell is strong in mall 1st floor do to fish markets, no bath tubs, you took out the one hot tub, are prime minster is dumb, the blankets are thin, no washer or dryers, under construction areas, patio closed in winter, view is 50/50 with city hall lights and tree and art gallery nice and the hobos and cops not nice. The food in your in house cafe and food shop and bar sucks as your steaks are always over seasoned from the past and cost to much. I got a nice steak at Hotel C for $50 loved it got one for $100 at pearl Harbor and Spa rip off and no side only served with gravy, both your $35 and your $49 steak to salty when I took left over for cat she would not eat nor would my mom.

The people who work there are very nice, polite, friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The included Continental breakfast buffet was full of great choices...hot or cold breakfast, tasty coffee and sweet treats.
